BUSINESS CONTINUITY AND DISASTER RECOVERY PLANS. The Administrator will at all times maintain a business contingency plan and disaster recovery plan and will take commercially reasonable measures to maintain and periodically test such plans. The Administrator will implement such plans following the occurrence of an event which results in an interruption or suspension of the services to be provided by the Administrator.
