Contracting Information Responsibilities. The requirements of Texas Government Code 552, Subchapter J may apply to this Contract, and the Grantee agrees that this Contract can be terminated if the Grantee knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of this Subchapter.

Except as provided by Texas Government Code §552.374(c), the requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Texas Government Code, may apply to the contract and Vendor agrees that the contract may be terminated if Vendor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.

Outside Counsel represents and warrants that, to the extent applicable, it will comply with the requirements of Section 552.372(a) of the Texas Government Code. Except as provided by Section 552.374(c) of the Texas Government Code, the requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552 of the Government Code, may apply to this OCC and Outside Counsel agrees that the OCC can be terminated if Outside Counsel knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.
Contracting Information Responsibilities. Successful Respondent represents and warrants that it will comply with the requirements of Section 552.372(a) of the Texas Government Code. Except as provided by Section 552.374(c) of the Texas Government Code, the requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552 of the Government Code, may apply to the contract and the Successful Respondent agrees that the contract can be terminated if the Respondent knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.
