BUSINESS DAY; COMPUTATION OF TIME. For the purpose of this Agreement, a “business day” is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or a state or federal legal holiday. In computing any time period provided in this Agreement, the date from which the time period runs is not counted. The last day of the time period ends at 11:59 p.m. on that day.
