Business Development Committee Responsibilities. The Business Development Committee may have the following responsibilities: a) Interface with key stakeholders (e.g., Users, Program Executive Officers (PEO's) and Program Managers (PMs)) representing agencies and offices of interest to the SOSSEC Consortium to identify the potential for developing a new OTA and/or requirements for technologydevelopment applicable to currently held OTAs. b) Recommend research and development programs and projects to be conducted to meet identified requirements. c) Review evolving technology requirements and user needs and evaluate new opportunities for additional new objectives and Research Initiatives.
