MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. 6.01 Except to the extent provided herein, this Agreement in no way restricts the authority of those charged with managerial responsibilities in the public service.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. 7.01 Except to the extent provided herein, this Agreement in no way restricts the Employer in the management and direction of the Public Service.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. The term "Managerial --------------------------- Responsibilities" for purposes of this Agreement shall mean managerial and supervisory responsibilities and duties that are substantially the same as those Executive is performing for SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate on the date of this Agreement.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. 6.01 Except to the extent provided herein, this Agreement in no way restricts the authority of those charged with managerial responsibilities in the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. 3.01 The Union recognizes that it is the function of the employer to exercise the regular and customary function of management and to direct the working forces of The City of St. Xxxxxx, subject to the terms of this Agreement. The question of whether any of these rights is limited by this Agreement may be decided through the grievance procedure.
3.02 The Union recognizes that it is the right of management to re-organize the procedure and methods of performing work, whether the reorganization takes the form of creating new classifications, discontinuing old classifications or splitting and reorganizing classifications and departments, and adding or discontinuing jobs within classifications, raising or lowering classifications and any other bona fide changes in the organization of the work force.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. The Board has the right and obligation to efficiently manage and conduct the operation of the District within its legal limitations and to adopt, repeal, or modify policies, rules, and regulations insofar as such actions are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. Except to the extent provided herein, this Agreement in no way restricts the authority of those charged with managerial responsibilities in the House of Commons. The Employer undertakes to exercise its managerial rights and discretion in a fair and reasonable manner.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. 7.01 Management shall exercise its rights in a manner that is fair, reasonable and consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. 7.01 Managerial responsibilities or decisions will be carried out or made in a manner that is just, reasonable and non-discriminatory.
7.02 The Union recognizes that it is the right of the Employer to exercise the regular and customary functions of management and to direct its workforce subject to the terms of this Agreement.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. 8.01 Except to the extent provided in this Agreement, this Agreement in no way restricts the Employer in the management of the Municipality and the direction of its workforce. Management shall exercise its rights in a manner which is fair, reasonable, and consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
