Business Development Expenses. A. Business development meal, beverage (including alcoholic), and other expenses may be incurred locally or while traveling. Business development activities require meeting with non-Authority personnel. Employees may be reimbursed for actual, reasonable, and appropriately documented expenses related to the business development activity.
