Business Development Services a. Business Developer will be dedicated part-time to recruit and develop relationships with businesses specifically in Douglas County. Eleven core services to businesses will be offered, such as hiring events, job fairs, screening and training services.
b. Business recruitment will be targeted: 1) in certain industries that have high growth projections and high demand, and for which ADW will begin to develop clients’ skills and training for these industries, and 2) in industries that would most likely have a need to access and employ our inventory of job seekers and program participants.
c. Business Developer will plan, coordinate and facilitate job fairs.
d. These services are expected to increase job placements, wages at placement and job retention.
e. Complete a monthly report. The required data will be outlined in a document provided to the Contractor before the start date of this Contract. If it has to be updated at any time during this Contract, the Department will repost the updated version to the shared OneDrive folder.
Business Development Services. Corporate planning and business development including mergers and acquisitions activity and related services.
Business Development Services. During the term of this Agreement, Provider will provide the following business development services (“Services”) to Recipient:
(a) identify new business opportunities and secure new customers in Scandinavia and Europe; and
(b) serve as liaison to new and existing customers in Scandinavia and Europe.
Business Development Services. Provision of Matching Grants to eligible firms to modernize their management systems, production techniques, business development services, and marketing and other business skills and technology, and to eligible training providers to develop and implement general business management and industry-specific training programs.
Business Development Services. STI will pay to MBMC a fee (the “BD Fee”) equal to 6% of STI’s total revenue from any BD Transaction involving STI and a partner or customer introduced to STI by MBMC (each, a “BD Transaction”) that is entered into during the term of this Agreement or any Tail Period (as defined below)). The BD Fee will be due and payable in cash, when and as the associated revenue from the BD Transaction is collected by STI. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the BD Fee payable with respect to any BD Transaction will be reduced by the amount of any fees paid by STI to any investment banker or finder engaged by STI to represent it in such BD Transaction.
Business Development Services a) researching macroeconomic trends affecting the oil tanker markets;
b) developing and implementing strategic plans for the purpose of expanding existing business as well as developing new business;
c) providing advice regarding the negotiating and arranging the purchase, sale and financing of vessels;
d) coordinating construction of new vessels in various shipyards around the world;
e) monitoring and evaluating ship construction and scrapping activities in order to assess available tonnage;
f) providing advice and making introductions to enable TOH to develop strategic alliances;
g) assisting in implementing strategic business decisions such as new joint ventures or profit pooling arrangements;
h) monitoring and analyzing markets worldwide on a continuous basis to stay abreast of market activities and potential business opportunities;
i) providing advice regarding strategic customer relations;
j) all such other business development services as TOH may request from TSL from time to time.
1. In return for the provision of the Services by TSL for TOH, TOH shall pay to TSL an annual Service Fee for each calendar year during the term of this Agreement divided into Twelve (12) equal monthly installments payable in advance and which is equal to the annual aggregate amount of such costs and expenses (the ‘Costs and Expenses’) as TSL may reasonably incur in connection with the provision of the Services plus a reasonable profit xxxx-up to be agreed upon and reviewed annually by the parties to this Agreement and which shall be consistent with the guidelines of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (‘OECD’) for transfer pricing as well as local rules and regulations.
2. In respect of each calendar year during the term of this Agreement, TSL shall prepare an estimate of the Costs and Expenses it reasonably expects to incur during such year and shall submit such estimate to TOH within Fourteen (14) days of the last day of the immediately preceding year.
3. The calculation of TSL’s aforesaid estimated Costs and Expenses may be adjusted from time to time by agreement between the parties, and the Service Fee payable by TOH shall be re-calculated accordingly.
4. Within Ninety (90) days (or such longer period as the parties shall agree) after the end of each year, TSL shall submit to TOH an accounting of the Costs and Expenses it has incurred in that year (the ‘Actual Costs and Expenses’).

Business Development Services. Based on PD Investment Committee guidance of focus areas, the PRONORTE Service Providers will undertake outreach and technical assistance and training to support the development of agribusiness and non-agricultural commercial activities, possibly including tourism and artisan products, as validated by the investment planning sub-activity. The objective will be to support the development of efficient, sustainable commercial activities that generate employment and raise rural incomes in the region. Limited assistance may be provided to other enterprises to develop valuable market linkages and networks with target individuals and organizations. The outreach plans must be approved by MCC and must incorporate gender analysis. Technical assistance to new or expanded commercial activities likely will include market access information, business plan development and legal assistance with land title registration. Technical assistance will encourage businesses to employ environmentally sustainable practices and will disseminate environmental sustainability principles. Support to commercial establishments will be delivered, to the extent possible, through private service providers and will include a significant element of cost-sharing by participating entrepreneurs, both of which are critical elements of a strategy to develop a sustainable business development sector.
Business Development Services. Business Developers shall provide to Company the services and functions described in Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Business Development Services”). Business Developers shall perform all Business Development Services in compliance with all policies and procedures of Companies and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Business Developers shall devote such time as reasonably required to perform the Business Development Services from time to time. The Business Development Services provided hereunder shall be on a non-exclusive basis. Business Developers shall personally perform the Business Development Services and shall not engage any subcontractors, employees or other agents to perform or assist in the performance of the Business Development Services.
