Common use of Business Entity Commissions Clause in Contracts

Business Entity Commissions. All commissions and/or bonuses earned by the Business Entity will be issued in the name of the Business Entity. The Company will not have any liability to the Coach if the Business Entity or any participant in the Business Entity fails to allocate and pay any portion of any bonuses or commissions received by the Business Entity among the multiple participants in the Entity, or for any incorrect allocation and/or payment.
