Puerto Rico Residents. You may cancel this Agreement at any time within 90 days from the date of enrollment, or at any time upon showing the Company’s noncompliance with any of the essential obligations of the distribution contract or any act or omission by the Company adversely affecting the interests of the dealer in the development of the market of the properties or services. Your cancellation may be sent to the Company in writing and sent via registered mail. If you cancel under these conditions, the Company shall: (a) Reacquire the total of the products that you purchased from the Company which are in your possession and in good condition at a price of not less than ninety percent (90%) of their original net cost; (b) Return to you not less than ninety percent (90%) of the original net cost of any services that you acquired from the Company; (c) Return 90% of any sum paid by you for the purpose of participating in the business.
Puerto Rico Residents. Any person who knowingly and with the intention of defrauding presents false information in an insurance application, or presents, helps, or causes the presentation of a fraudulent claim for the payment of a loss or any other benefit, or presents more than one claim for the same damage or loss, shall incur a felony and, upon conviction, shall be sanctioned for each violation with the penalty of a fine of not less than five thousand (5,000) dollars and not more than ten thousand (10,000) dollars, or a fixed term of imprisonment for three (3) years, or both penalties. If aggravating circumstances are present, the penalty thus established may be increased to a maximum of five (5) years; if extenuating circumstances are present, it may be reduced to a minimum of two (2) years.
Puerto Rico Residents. If a Puerto Rico resident cancels under these conditions, the Company shall: (a) Reacquire the total of the products that he/she purchased from the Company which are in his/her possession and in good condition at a price of not less than ninety percent (90%) of their original net cost; (b) Return to the cancelling Representative not less than ninety percent (90%) of the original net cost of any services that he/she acquired from the Company; (c) Return 90% of any sum paid by the cancelling Representative for the purpose of participating in the business.

A resident of Puerto Rico may cancel this Agreement at any time within 90 days from the Effective Date, or at any time upon showing the Company’s noncompliance with any of the essential obligations of the distribution contract or any act or omission by the Company adversely affecting the interests of the dealer in development of the market of the of the Product or services. Such cancellation must be sent to the Company in writing and sent via registered mail. If a Consultant cancels under these conditions, the Company shall: (a) Reacquire the total of the Product that the Consultant purchased from the Company which are in the Consultant’s possession and in good condition at a price of not less than ninety percent (90%) of their original net cost; (b) Return to such Consultant not less than ninety percent (90%) of the original net cost of any services that the Consultant acquired from the Company; (c) Return 90% of any sum paid by such Consultant for the purpose of participating in the business.

A resident of Puerto Rico may cancel this IFR Agreement (including the Documents) at any time within ninety (90) days from the Effective Date, or at any time upon showing the Company’s noncompliance with any of the essential obligations of this IFR Agreement (including the Documents) or any act or omission by the Company adversely affecting the interests of the IFR in development of the market of the of the LLR Products or services. Such cancellation must be sent to the Company in writing and sent via registered mail. If an IFR cancels under these conditions, the Company shall: (i) reacquire the total of the LLR Products that the IFR purchased from the Company which are in the IFRs possession and in good condition at a price of not less than ninety percent (90%) of their original net cost; (ii) return to such IFR not less than ninety percent (90%) of the original net cost of any services that the IFR acquired from the Company; (iii) return ninety percent (90%) of any sum paid by such IFR for the purpose of participating in the business.

Such cancellation must be sent to the Company in writing and sent via registered mail. If an IFR cancels under these conditions, the Company shall:
(a) Reacquire the total of the LLR Products that the IFR purchased from the Company which are in the IFRs possession and in good condition at a price of not less than ninety percent (90%) of their original net cost; (b) Return to such IFR not less than ninety percent (90%) of the original net cost of any services that the IFR acquired from the Company; (c) Return ninety percent (90%) of any sum paid by such IFR for the purpose of participating in the business.

Affiliate may cancel this Agreement at any time within 90 days from the date of enroll- ment, or at any time upon showing the Company’s noncompliance with any of the essential obligations of the distribu- tion contract or any act or omission by the Company adversely affecting the in- terests of the dealer in the development of the market of the properties or ser- vices. Affiliate cancellation may be sent to the Company in writing and sent via registered mail. If an Affiliate cancels under these conditions, the Company shall: (a) Reacquire the total of the prod- ucts that the Affiliate purchased from the Company which are in his/her posses- sion and in good condition at a price of not less than ninety percent (90%) of their original net cost; (b) Return to Af- filiate not less than ninety percent (90%) of the original net cost of any services that the Affiliate acquired from the Company; (c) Return 90% of any sum paid by the Affiliate for the purpose of participating in the business.

Affiliate may cancel this Agreement at any time within 90 days from the start date, or at any time upon showing the Company’s noncompliance with any of the essential obligations of the distribution contract or any act or omission by the Company ad- versely affecting the interests of the dealer in the development of the market of the properties or services. Affiliate cancellation may be sent to the Company in writing and sent via registered mail. If an Affiliate cancels under these condi- tions, the Company shall: (a) Reacquire the total of the products that the Affiliate purchased from the Company which are in his/her possession and in good condi- tion at a price of not less than ninety percent (90%) of their original net cost;
(b) Return to Affiliate not less than nine- ty percent (90%) of the original net cost of any services that the Affiliate ac- quired from the Company; (c) Return 90% of any sum paid by the Affiliate for the purpose of participating in the busi- ness.
