Common use of Business Expense Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Business Expense Reimbursement. During the term of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him (in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Company for its senior executive officers) in performing services hereunder. Executive agrees to furnish to the Company adequate records and other documentary evidence of such expenses for which Executive seeks reimbursement. Such expenses shall be reimbursed and accounted for under the policies and procedures established by the Company and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
