Common use of Business Expenses Clause in Contracts

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by Executive while performing his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as the Company may reasonably require.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive while performing in the performance of his duties under this Agreementand responsibilities hereunder, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers subject to any maximum annual limit or other restrictions on such other information expenses set by the Board and to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified by the Company may reasonably requirefrom time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse Executive for all necessary and reasonable business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by Executive while performing his in connection with Executive’s duties under this Agreement, hereunder upon presentation of an itemized account and appropriate supporting documentation, all in accordance with the Company’s generally applicable expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation reimbursement policies as the Company may reasonably requirein effect from to time.

The Company shall will reimburse Executive for any and all business necessary, customary and usual expenses that which are reasonable and necessary and incurred by Executive while performing his duties under this Agreementon behalf of Company, upon presentation of provided Executive provides Company with receipts to substantiate the business expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers in accordance with Company’s policies or such other information and documentation as otherwise reasonably justifies the Company may reasonably requireexpense to Company.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by Executive while in the course of performing his Executive’s duties and responsibilities under this AgreementAgreement which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, upon presentation of expense statementsentertainment and other business expenses, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireof such expenses.

The Company shall reimburse Executive or otherwise pay for all business reasonable expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by Executive while performing his duties under this Agreementin furtherance of or in connection with the business of the Company, upon presentation of expense statementsincluding, receipts and/or vouchers or but not limited to, automobile and traveling expenses and all reasonable entertainment expenses, subject to such reasonable documentation and other information and documentation limitations as may be established by the Company may reasonably requireCompany.

In order to receive any such reimbursement, the Executive must comply with generally applicable policies, practices and necessary procedures of the Company with respect to reimbursement for, and incurred by Executive while performing his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation submission of expense statementsreports, receipts and/or vouchers or similar documentation of, such other information and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireexpenses.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred in the performance of services with the Company, according to the Company’s policies and incurred by Executive while performing his duties under this Agreement, upon Executive’s presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or an itemized written statement and such other information and documentation verification as the Company may reasonably require, provided that such expenses shall be reimbursed no later than December 31 of the year following the year in which the expenses were incurred.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive the Executive, in accordance with its practice from time-to-time for executive officers of the Company, for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary expenses and other disbursements incurred by the Executive while performing for or on behalf of the Company in the performance of his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation hereunder. The Executive shall provide such appropriate documentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information expenses and documentation disbursements as may from time to time be required by the Company may reasonably requirefrom its executive officers.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and reasonable expenses incurred or paid by the Executive while performing during the Employment Term in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties and obligations to the Company, subject to providing the proper documentation of such expenses. The Company will reimburse the Executive for the use of his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as personal vehicle at the established Company may reasonably requirerates but will not provide Executive with a Company owned vehicle.

Business Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse the Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred in the performance of services with the Company, according to the Company’s policies and incurred by Executive while performing his duties under this Agreement, upon Executive’s presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or an itemized written statement and such other information and documentation verification as the Company may reasonably require.

Business Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse Executive for all reasonable ordinary and necessary business expenses that are reasonable specifically authorized or authorized by Company policy, subject to Executive's prompt submission of proper documentation for tax and necessary and incurred by Executive while performing his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireaccounting purposes.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all business reasonable expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by the Executive while performing his duties under this Agreementin the ordinary course of business on behalf of the Company, upon subject to the presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireappropriate documentation.

Business Expenses. The Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for all business reasonable business-related expenses that are reasonable incurred in the performance of services for the Company, in accordance with the policies, practices and necessary and incurred by Executive while performing his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation procedures of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireCompany.

Business Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and expenses appropriately incurred by Executive while in performing his duties under this Agreementand obligations to the Company in accordance with, upon presentation of expense statementsand subject to, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information policies and documentation procedures regarding executive officer expenses generally as the Company may reasonably requirefrom time to time have in effect.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for any and all necessary, customary and usual business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and expenses, properly receipted in accordance with Company policies reasonably incurred by Executive while performing his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation on behalf of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireCompany.

Business Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse Executive for all authorized business expenses that are reasonable necessarily and necessary and reasonably incurred by Executive while performing his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation on behalf of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireand which are documented in accordance with the applicable Company expense reimbursement policies and procedures in effect from time to time with respect to employees of the Company. Executive will cause a summary of such expenses to be submitted to the Audit Committee of the Board annually.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any and all business necessary, customary and usual expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by Executive while performing his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation on behalf of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as the Company may reasonably requirein accordance with Company policies.

Business Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable reasonable, ordinary, and necessary and expenses incurred by Executive while performing him in the performance of his duties under this Agreementhereunder, upon presentation provided that Executive accounts to Company for such expenses in a manner normally prescribed by Company for reimbursement of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information expenses. Such reimbursement requests must be accompanied by the appropriate documentation and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireshall be subject to review by Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

The Company shall will reimburse Executive for all business reasonable expenses that are reasonable and necessary and properly incurred by Executive while performing him in its behalf in the performance of his duties under this Agreementhereunder, upon presentation of expense statementsproperly itemized charges, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information similar documentation, and documentation as otherwise in accordance with policies established from time to time by the Company may reasonably requireBoard of Directors of the Company.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all any ordinary, necessary and reasonable business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by the Executive while performing his incurs in connection with the performance of her duties under this Agreement, upon presentation in accordance with the Company's policy regarding the reimbursement of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as the Company may reasonably requirebusiness expenses.

The Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable, documented business expenses that are reasonable incurred in connection with his services hereunder, in accordance with the Company’s business expense reimbursement policies and necessary and incurred by Executive while performing his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireprocedures in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. Business Expenses. The Company shall promptly reimburse Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and business expenses incurred by Executive while performing his in connection with the business of the Company and the performance of her duties under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as subject to Executive providing the Company may reasonably requirewith reasonable documentation thereof.

Reimbursement shall be subject to the Company’s customary requirements imposed upon presentation of expense statementsexecutive level employees, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information with respect to reporting and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireof such expenses.

Any such reimbursements shall be subject to Section 12(e) of this Agreement.

The Company shall reimburse Executive for all business reasonable expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by Executive while in the course of performing his Executive’s duties under this AgreementAgreement which are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time for senior executives with respect to travel, upon presentation of expense statementsentertainment and other business expenses, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information subject to the Company’s requirements for its executives with respect to reporting and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireof such expenses.

Business Expenses. The Company shall will pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred or paid by the Executive while performing in the performance of his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or and responsibilities for the Company. Reimbursements shall be subject to such other information reasonable substantiation and documentation as the Company may reasonably requirespecify from time to time.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and disbursements reasonably incurred by the Executive while performing his in the performance of the Executive’s duties under this Agreementin accordance herewith during the Employment Period, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or and provide such other information and documentation facilities or services as the Company may reasonably requireand the Executive may, from time to time, agree are appropriate, in each case in accordance with the Company’s policies established from time to time for senior officers of the Company and conditioned upon receipt of appropriate documentation for such business expenses.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and customary expenses incurred by the Executive while performing his duties under in connection with the performance and services pursuant to this Agreement, Consulting Agreement upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or sufficient evidence of such other information and documentation expenditures consistent with the Company's policies as the Company may reasonably requirebe in place from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable reasonable, ordinary and necessary and expenses incurred by Executive while performing him in the performance of his duties under this Agreementhereunder, upon presentation provided that Executive accounts to Company for such expenses in a manner normally prescribed by Company for reimbursement of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information expenses. Such reimbursement requests must be accompanied by the appropriate documentation and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireshall be subject to review by Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

The Company shall promptly reimburse Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and business expenses incurred by Executive while performing in connection with the business of the Company and the performance of his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and subject to Executive providing the company with reasonable documentation as the Company may reasonably requirethereof.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable expenses (including, but not limited to, continuing education, business expenses that are reasonable travel, and necessary and customer entertainment expenses) incurred by Executive while performing him in connection with his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information employment hereunder in accordance with the written policy and documentation as guidelines established by the Company may reasonably requirefor expense reimbursement.

Business Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable reasonable, ordinary and necessary and expenses incurred by Executive while performing him in the performance of his duties under this Agreementhereunder, upon presentation provided that Executive accounts to Company for such expenses in a manner normally prescribed by Company for reimbursement of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information expenses. Such reimbursement requests must be accompanied by the appropriate documentation and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireshall be subject to review by Company's Chief Financial Officer.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable ordinary and necessary and expenses incurred by Executive while performing his Executive, including disbursements, in the performance of Executive's duties under this Agreement, for the Company upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as within the time period specified by the Company may reasonably requireof an itemized statement of all expenses incurred showing the date, nature, recipient, purpose and amount of each item, subject to prior approval of the Company as required of executive Executives.

Business Expenses. The Company shall promptly reimburse Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and business expenses incurred by Executive while performing his in connection with the business of the Company and the performance of her duties under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and subject to Executive providing the company with reasonable documentation as the Company may reasonably requirethereof.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all any ordinary, necessary and reasonable business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by the Executive while performing his incurs in connection with the performance of her duties under this Agreement, upon presentation including all reasonable expenses of expense statementstravel and living expenses while away from home or business and in the service of the Company, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as in accordance with the Company may reasonably requireCompany's policy regarding the reimbursement of business expenses for its chief executive officer.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by Executive while in the course of performing his Executive’s duties and responsibilities under this AgreementAgreement which are consistent with the Parent’s or the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, upon presentation of expense statementsentertainment and other business expenses, receipts and/or vouchers subject to the Parent’s or such other information the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireof such expenses.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business and professional expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by the Executive while performing in connection with his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as employment with the Company may reasonably requirein accordance with company policies.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all business expenses that are ----------------- reasonable and necessary and expenses incurred by Executive while performing him in connection with the performance of his duties under and responsibilities pursuant to this AgreementAgreement which are consistent with the Company's policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, upon presentation of expense statementsentertainment, receipts and/or vouchers or such and other information business expenses, subject to the Company's reasonable requirements with respect to reporting and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireof such expenses.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay for or reimburse Executive for all reasonable business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by Executive while performing in the performance of his duties under this Agreementhereunder, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as submission to the Company may in accordance with Company policy of a written accounting of such expenses, which accounting shall include an itemized list of all expenses incurred, the business purposes of which such expenses were incurred, and such receipts as Executive reasonably requirehas been able to obtain.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all business reasonable expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by Executive while in the course of performing his Executive’s duties under this AgreementAgreement that are consistent with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, upon presentation of expense statementsentertainment and other business expenses, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information subject to the Company’s requirements with respect to reporting and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireof such expenses.

Business Expenses. The Subject to the Company’s reimbursement policies and procedures, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and expenses incurred by Executive while performing his in the performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreementhereunder, upon presentation of expense statementsstatements or vouchers, receipts and/or vouchers or receipts, and such other information and documentation as the Company may reasonably require.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all any ordinary, necessary and reasonable business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by the Executive while performing his incurs in connection with the performance of her duties under this Agreement, upon presentation in accordance with the Company’s policy regarding the reimbursement of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as the Company may reasonably requirebusiness expenses.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for ----------------- any and all business expenses that are reasonable necessary, customary and necessary and usual expenses, properly receipted in accordance with Company policies, incurred by Executive while performing his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation on behalf of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireCompany.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and disbursements reasonably incurred by the Executive while performing his in the performance of the Executive's duties under this Agreementin accordance herewith during the Employment Period, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or and provide such other information and documentation facilities or services as the Company may reasonably requireand the Executive may, from time to time, agree are appropriate, in each case in accordance with the Company's policies established from time to time for senior officers of the Company and conditioned upon receipt of appropriate documentation for such business expenses.

Business Expenses. The Company shall agrees to reimburse Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and documented business-related expenses actually incurred by Executive while performing in connection with the performance of his duties under this Agreement, upon presentation of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or hereunder and submitted to the Company in compliance with such other information policies and documentation procedures as the Company may reasonably requireestablish from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by the Executive while performing in the performance of his duties under this Agreementduties, upon presentation provided that the Executive provides adequate documentation required by law and by the policies and procedures of expense statementsthe Company, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information as adopted and documentation as the Company may reasonably requireamended from time to time.

Business Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and expenses appropriately incurred by Executive while in performing his her duties under this Agreementand obligations to the Company in accordance with, upon presentation of expense statementsand subject to, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information policies and documentation procedures regarding executive officer expenses generally as the Company may reasonably requirefrom time to time have in effect.

Business Expenses. The Company shall will reimburse Executive for all necessary and reasonable business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by Executive while performing his in connection with Executive’s duties under this Agreement, hereunder upon presentation of expense statementsan itemized account and appropriate supporting documentation, receipts and/or vouchers or such other information and documentation as all in accordance with the Company may reasonably requireCompany’s generally applicable policies. 5.

Business Expenses. The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for all reasonable, necessary and usual business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and incurred by Executive while performing in connection with the performance of his duties and obligations under this Agreement, upon subject to Executive's presentation of expense statements, appropriate documentation and receipts and/or vouchers or and in accordance with such other information and documentation procedures as the Company may reasonably requirefrom time to time establish for its executives, consistent with the need to preserve any deductions to which Company may be entitled for Federal tax purposes.

Business Expenses. The Company shall reimburse Executive for all business expenses that are reasonable and necessary and expenses incurred by Executive while performing on behalf of Company in connection with the performance of his duties under this Agreementwith Company. To be eligible for such reimbursements, upon presentation Executive must submit verification of expense statements, receipts and/or vouchers or the nature and amount of such other information expenses in accordance with the reimbursement policies and documentation practices of Company (as the Company such policies and practices may reasonably requirebe amended from time to time).
