Business License. Consultant, and its subcontractors, has obtained or agrees to apply prior to performing any services under this Agreement to City’s Finance Department for a business license, pay the applicable business license tax and maintain said business license during the term of this Agreement. The failure to obtain such license shall be a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for termination by City. No payments shall be made to Consultant until such business license(s) has been obtained.
