Common use of Business Location Clause in Contracts

Business Location. The Business must maintain its principal office address in Arlington, as reflected in the Virginia State Corporation Commission’s Clerks Information System Database, for two years after the Execution Date. This must be a physical location; virtual addresses and P.O. boxes do not qualify.
