Each Borrower’s address set forth on Exhibit I attached hereto and made part hereof is the location of such Borrower’s principal place of business and such address, together with the addresses set forth on Exhibit I attached hereto and made part hereof, is the only location where such Borrower keeps its records concerning the Collateral. The location of all other places of business of each Borrower and the names in which each Borrower conducts business at each such location are set forth in Exhibit I attached hereto and made part hereof.
