During the preceding five-year period, neither Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries has had an office, place of business or agent for service of process other than as listed on Exhibit B. Except as shown on Exhibit B, no Inventory of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is stored with a bailee, warehouseman or similar Person, nor is any Inventory consigned to or from any Person.
