Common use of Business Materials and Property Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Business Materials and Property Disclosure. All written materials, records and documents made by the Executive or coming into his possession concerning the business or affairs of the Company Group shall be the sole property of the Company Group and, upon termination of his employment with the Company or upon request by the Company, the Executive shall return the same to the Company and shall retain no copies in any form or media. The Executive shall also return to the Company all other property in his possession owned by the Company upon termination of his employment.
