Standard Deductions. All payments made under this Agreement shall be subject to any and all applicable taxes and withholdings and to the Company’s standard payroll practices.

Standard Deductions. Lessee agrees to pay the following charges for actual and liquidated damages:
Standard Deductions. Tenant agrees to the following minimum charges for such damages caused by Tenant or Tenant’s guest negligence to be deducted from your security deposit or owed to us if your security deposit is insufficient to cover the charges.
