STANDARD DEDUCTIONS. All payments made under this Agreement shall be subject to any and all applicable taxes and withholdings and to the Company’s standard payroll practices.
STANDARD DEDUCTIONS. Lessee agrees to pay the following cleaning and replacement charges as liquidated damages and consents to having such charges deducted from Lessee’s security deposit: Replace door lock cost plus installation Repair or replace screen insert cost plus installation Repair or replace storm insert cost plus installation Replace light bulb/batteries cost plus installation Painting per room $250.00 minimum Clean plugged drains/disposal due to misuse cost to unplug Stick-on hangers left on wall or improperly removed $ 10.00 each Stove dirty $ 50.00 minimum Refrigerator dirty $ 50.00 minimum Trash, garbage or personal items left in apartment $ 97.00 per load Carpet – xxxxx, torn cost to repair/replace Carpet – not steam cleaned cost to clean Wall damage – patching, filling or cleaning cost to repair/paint/clean Fire extinguishers missing cost to replace Any items not mentioned above will be charged to the Lessee at the cost of total replacements by Lessor.
STANDARD DEDUCTIONS. Tenant agrees to the following minimum charges for such damages caused by Tenant or Tenant’s guest negligence to be deducted from your security deposit or owed to us if your security deposit is insufficient to cover the charges. Please note that this is not an all-inclusive list; you can be charged for cleaning and repairing items that are not included on the list;
1. Extermination of bugs or other infestations: $75.00
2. Clean plugged drains/disposals due to Tenant misuse: $60.00
3. Keys not returned/lost: $25.00
4. Cleaning refrigerator or stove, each: $50.00
5. Repair or replace storm or screen insert: $45.00
6. Remove trash or other items from Premises (per hour/man): $18.00
7. Remove trash, per bag: $10.00
8. Replace smoke alarms/fire extinguishers, each: $40.00
9. Clean bathroom, including tub, shower, toilet, lavatory, etc. $60.00
10. Clean kitchen cabinets, countertop, sink, etc (excludes appliances): $50.00 11. Painting, per hour: $40.00
STANDARD DEDUCTIONS. An employee's paycheck shall have a statement attached showing both his/her earnings for the preceding pay period and the amounts deducted therefrom. All mandatory federal, state, local and other deductions, including but not limited to Unemployment Compensation, and Social Security, shall be made.
STANDARD DEDUCTIONS. Lessee agrees to pay the following charges for actual and liquidated damages:
1. Clean plugged drains/disposals, etc. Cost of labor and materials due to the actions of the Lessee
2. Key(s) not returned at end of lease term. Cost to re key lock(s)
3. Unauthorized locking devices on doors. Cost of labor and materials to remove.
4. Missing or broken fire alarms, smoke. Cost of labor and materials for detectors and/or fire extinguishers replacement or repair.
5. Carpets: Burned or torn. Cost of labor and materials to repair.
6. Carpets: Dirty or stained. Cost of labor to clean.
7. Blocked sewer lines and clean up due to foreign objects. Cost of labor and materials to repair the actions of the tenants or tenant’s guests and to clean up. *Any item not specifically identified in this Paragraph M shall be charged to Lessee at the cost of total replacement to Lessor, including the cost of all labor and materials.

EXTERMINATION OF BUGS OR OTHER INFESTATIONS: $75 CLEAN PLUGGED DRAINS/DISPOSAL DUE TO TENANT MISUES: $60 KEYS NOT TURNED IN/LOST: $25 CLEANING REFRIGERATOR OR STOVE, EACH: $50 REPAIR OR REPLACE STORM OR SCREEN INSERT: $45 CLEAN DIRTY CARPET OR WOOD FLOOR PER ROOM: $35 REMOVE TRASH OR OTHER ITEMS FROM PREMISES: $18 (per hour, per man plus dump charge) REPLACE SMOKE ALARMS/FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, EACH: $40 CLEAN BATHROOM, INCLUDING TUB, SHOWER, TOILET LAVATORY, ETC: $60 CLEAN KITCHEN CABINETS, COUNTERTOP, SINK, ETC. (excl appl.) $50 PAINTING, PER HOUR: $40

a. Clean plugged drains/disposal etc. due to actions of Lessee
b. Cost of replacement keys - $10/key
c. Keys/garage door openers not returned at end of lease term
d. Unauthorized locking devices or doors
e. Missing or broken fire alarms, smoke detectors and/or fire extinguishers
f. Carpets/other flooring burned, torn or dirty
g. Nail holes/damage to walls Any items not specifically identified in this paragraph shall be charged to the Lessee at the cost of total replacements by Xxxxxx, including the cost of all labor and materials.
