Business Meetings. Mortara and Quinton will meet each year during the term of the Agreemen▇ ▇▇ ▇▇view sales performance, average selling price of Product, Quinton's gross margins on net sales, Mortara's Transfer Fees for Products and other relevant issues.

(2) By the Secretary/Treasurer of the church upon the written order of a majority of the Official Church Board.
(3) By the petition of members of the church exercising the right of initiative.
