Business Names and Addresses. In the five (5) years preceding the date hereof, no Borrower has changed its name, identity or corporate structure, has conducted business under any name other than its current name, and has conducted its business in any jurisdiction other than those disclosed on the Collateral Disclosure List.

In the twelve years preceding the date hereof, none of the Borrowers has changed its name, identity or corporate structure, has not conducted business under any name other than its current name, and has not conducted its business in any jurisdiction other than those disclosed on the Collateral Disclosure List.

The Borrowers intend to operate the Facilities under the names set forth on EXHIBIT D. The Borrowers shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent of any change in the name of any Facility.
