Business Representatives. Union Business Representatives shall be ad mitted to the Employer’s market premises during the hours meat department employees are working for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not this Agreement is being ob served and for collecting dues. Such activities shall be conducted in such a manner as not to interfere with the orderly operation of Em ployer’s business. Business representatives shall have full authority to request the im mediate discharge of any employee who has voluntarily agreed with his Employer to re ceive wages below the wage scale fixed herein.
Business Representatives. 13.01 The Employer will not object to the Business Represen- tative having access to all jobs during working hours, but in no case shall his visit interfere with the progress of the work. When visiting a job he will advise the employer’s representative on the job.
Business Representatives. District Council No. 36 agrees to place an efficient Business Representative or Representatives in the field in the areas within its geographical jurisdiction.
Business Representatives. 7.01 The Business Representative of the union or his representative shall be allowed access to any job where members of the union are employed under the terms of this agreement after first obtaining permission of the employer.
Business Representatives. A. Authorized Local 145, full-time paid business representatives, and the President or elected officers of Local 145, shall be granted access to work locations in which employees covered by this MOU are employed, for the purpose of conducting grievance investigations and observing working conditions. Authorized Local 145 representatives seeking access to work locations shall first request access from the Fire Chief or their designee, at which time the authorized representative shall inform the Fire Chief or their designee of the purpose of the visit. The Fire Chief or their designee may deny access to a work location if in their judgment, it is determined that a visit will unduly interfere with the operations of the Department or facility. In that event, the Fire Chief or their designee will recommend an alternative time for the visit. The Local 145 representative shall not unduly interfere with the operations of the Department during a visit. Local 145 representatives shall be allowed access to work locations during lunch or after 5:00 p.m.
Business Representatives a) The Business Representative shall be entitled to 12 earned days off (EDOs) per year in lieu of overtime.
Business Representatives a) While it is recognized that the Business Representative is responsible to work irregular hours as required, the employer expects that said hours or work shall be scheduled during regular business hours where prudent and practical. As a regular work day consists of 8 hours, the Business Representative will attempt to maintain an 8 hour work day. Article 13 - Overtime

Business Representatives. The Business Representatives of the Local Unions shall be permitted to visit all jobs, with the permission of the owner and complying with job specific badging, safety and testing, but will in no way interfere with the progress of the work.
Business Representatives. 12.01 The Employer shall not object to the Business Representative having access to all jobs during working hours, but in no case shall his visit interfere with the progress of the work. When visiting a job, he will advise the Employer’s representative on the job.
