Business Rules. The process includes EDI and TAG system functional acknowledgements for all Local Service Requests (LSRs) which are electronically submitted by the CLEC. The start time is the receipt time of the LSR at BellSouth’s side of the interface (gateway). The end time is when the acknowledgement is transmitted by BellSouth at BellSouth’s side of the interface (gateway).
