Business Subscribers. 8.1 The terms and arrangements in this contract shall also apply equally to all business subscribers of the Primary Subscriber without exception. 8.2 The terms and arrangements in this contract shall apply to all employees of the Primary Subscriber who have signed the Principal Contract. 8.3 Any employee who uses the services shall be deemed to have personally signed the Principal Contract or this contract and the Primary Subscriber shall be responsible for the fulfillment of the employee’s undertakings.
