Subscriber Network. The trunk and feeder signal distribution network over which video, audio, text and data signals are transmitted to Subscribers.
Subscriber Network. The 750 MHz Cable Television System to be operated and maintained by the Licensee, over which Signals can be transmitted to Subscribers.
Subscriber Network. Licensee shall maintain a Cable Television System, fully capable of providing Cable Service in accordance with applicable law.
Subscriber Network. The Licensee shall maintain a Cable Communications System utilizing addressable technology, fully capable of carrying a minimum of seventy-seven (77) channels in the downstream direction and at least two (2) channels in the upstream.
Subscriber Network. The Licensee shall maintain a Cable Communications System utilizing addressable technology and 750 MHz cable, fully capable of carrying a minimum of seventy-seven (77) analog video channels in the downstream direction and four (4) analog in the upstream. Said 750 MHz system shall be designed for 550 MHz of analog transmissions, with 200 MHz reserved for future digital or analog two-way transmissions, which may be subject to change at the discretion of the Licensee.
Subscriber Network. (a) The Licensee shall continue to own, operate, maintain and make available to all residents of the Town its existing 750 MHz Subscriber. Said Cable System shall be fully capable of carrying a minimum of seventy-eight (78) video channels in the downstream direction.
(b) The Licensee shall install and maintain, throughout the term of the Renewal License, standby power at its Headend. Such standby power shall provide continuous capability, contingent upon the availability of fuel necessary to operate the standby generators and shall become automatically activated upon the failure of the Licensee’s normal power supply.
(c) The Licensee shall transmit all of its Signals to Mattapoisett Subscribers in stereo, provided that such Signals are available and furnished to the Licensee in stereo.
Subscriber Network. (a) The Licensee shall, at a minimum, continue to operate, maintain and make available to all residents of the Town its existing 750 MHz Subscriber Network, fed by means of a hybrid fiber-optic/coaxial cable network. Said Cable System shall be fully capably and activated to carrying a minimum of seventy-eight (78) video channels in the downstream direction.
(b) The Licensee shall install and maintain, throughout the term of the Renewal License, standby power at its Headend. Such standby power shall provide continuous capability, contingent upon the availability of fuel necessary to operate the standby generators and shall become automatically activated upon the failure of the Licensee’s normal power supply.
(c) The Licensee shall transmit all of its Signals to Concord Subscribers in stereo, provided that such Signals are available and furnished to the Licensee in stereo.
Subscriber Network. The trunk and feeder Signal distribution network to be operated and maintained by the Licensee, over which Signals can be transmitted to Subscribers.
Subscriber Network. The bi-directional network to be owned and operated by the Licensee, over which Signals can be transmitted to Subscribers, and which meets the requirements of Section 3.1 infra.
Subscriber Network. (a) The Licensee hereby represents that it has, apart from certain multiple unit dwellings (“MDU’s), upgraded its Subscriber Network in the Town to a seven hundred fifty Megahertz (750 MHZ), two-way, hybrid fiber- coaxial Subscriber Network, fully capable of carrying at least seventy-eight (78) NTSC video channels in the downstream direction and four (4) NTSC video channels in the upstream direction. The Licensee further represents and agrees that any portion of the Subscriber Network which is not currently upgraded to 750 MHZ, will be upgraded no later than December 31, 2000.
(b) The Licensee represents and commits to fully activate the above referenced 750 MHZ Subscriber Network/Cable System, with at least seventy-eight (78) NTSC video channels in the downstreamdirectionand four (4) NTSC video channels in the upstream direction, no later thanDecember 31, 2000. Until such time as the 750 MHZ Cable System is activated, the Licensee shall continue to operate its current four hundred fifty megahertz (450 MHZ) Cable System.
(c) The Licensee shall remove those portions of the Subscriber Network and related equipment from the Public Ways that will not or cannot be utilized during the term of the Renewal License; and, provided, further, that the Licensee shall work with the Issuing Authority, in good faith, to address any concerns of the Town regarding the Licensee's occupation of the Public Ways and/or public safety. In the event of disagreement between the Town and the Licensee on specific cable plant to be removed from the Public Ways, the Town and the Licensee shall meet and discuss the issue(s), in good faith, in order to resolve any such disagreements. The Town shall request that other users of the Public Ways use their best efforts to remove unused plant and equipment from the Public Ways.
(d) The Licensee shall transmit all of its Signals to Seekonk Subscribers in stereo, provided such Signals are furnished to the Licensee in stereo.
