Common use of Buyer Closing Conditions Clause in Contracts

Buyer Closing Conditions. The obligation of Buyer to pay for the Note, the Warrants, the Confession of Judgment, the Judgment and the Judgment Liens as provided herein on the Closing Date is subject to the following conditions (the "BUYER CLOSING CONDITIONS"), PROVIDED that these conditions are for Buyer's sole benefit and may be waived by Buyer at any time in its sole discretion by providing Seller with prior written consent thereof.
