Questions or Concerns. If Supplier or Supplier’s Personnel have any questions about these Guidelines or their obligations under the Agreement or concerns related to the performance of the Services with respect to these Guidelines, Supplierr shall promptly contact the cognizant Company manager or Company counsel. The General Electric Company and its GE Power & Water business (“GE”) are committed to unyielding Integrity and high standards of business conduct in everything we do, especially in our dealings with suppliers, contractors and consultants of GE, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Suppliers”). For well over a century, GE people have created an asset of incalculable value: the company’s worldwide reputation for integrity and high standards of business conduct. GE bases its Supplier relationships on lawful, efficient and fair practices, and expects its Suppliers to adhere to applicable legal and regulatory requirements in their business relationships, including those with their employees, their local environments, and GE. The quality of our Supplier relationships often has a direct bearing on the quality of our customer relationships. Likewise, the quality of our Suppliers’ products and services affects the quality of our own products and services. To help GE Suppliers understand both: (1) the GE commitment to unyielding Integrity and (2) and the standards of business conduct that all GE Suppliers must meet, GE has prepared this GE Power & Water Integrity Guide for Suppliers, Contractors and Consultants. Suppliers are expected to collaborate with GE’s employees so that those employees can continue to consistently meet these GE integrity commitments.
