Buyer Instructions. The Supplier will comply with all lawful instructions and reasonable directions issued by the Buyer in accordance with Clause 4.1 and Clause 19.5 of the Call-Off Terms and any requests to assist the Buyer under Clause 12.1 and Clause 12.2 of the Call-Off Terms without additional charge to the extent necessary for the Supplier to comply with its legal obligations. The parties will negotiate in good faith with respect to any other change in the Services and/or fees resulting from any additional instructions.
