Reasonable directions Sample Clauses

The 'Reasonable directions' clause grants one party the authority to issue instructions or guidelines to the other party, provided these directions are reasonable in nature. In practice, this means the receiving party must comply with requests that are fair, practical, and within the scope of the agreement, such as following specific procedures or adapting to new requirements, as long as these do not impose undue burden. This clause ensures flexibility and adaptability in the contractual relationship while protecting parties from arbitrary or excessive demands.
