Buyer Responsibilities. Following Closing, Buyer shall be solely responsible for any and all maintenance activities necessitated or elected in connection with the Property, including, but not limited to, erecting and maintaining any fencing required pursuant to applicable law; constructing, installing, or creating entrances and rights of ingress and egress; site clean- up; and any and all costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith.
