BUYER SUPPLIED DATA. To the extent that Seller has relied upon any data or information supplied by Buyer to Seller (“Data”) in the selection or design of the Goods and/or provision of the Services and the preparation of Seller's quotation, and the Data is inadequate or inaccurate, any warranties or other provisions contained herein which are affected by such conditions shall be null and void.
BUYER SUPPLIED DATA. Any information supplied by the Buyer shall remain Buyer’s property, shall not be photo- stated or otherwise duplicated without Buyer’s written consent and shall be returned to Buyer upon completion of Subcontract or upon demand.
BUYER SUPPLIED DATA. To the extent that Seller has relied upon any specifications, information, representation of operating conditions or other data supplied in writing by Buyer to Seller in the selection or design of the Goods and the preparation of Seller’s quotation, and in the event that actual operating conditions or other conditions differ from those represented by Buyer and relied upon by Seller, any warranties or other provisions contained herein which are affected by such conditions shall be null and void, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.

To the extent that MYNAH has relied upon any specifications, informat on, representation of operating conditions or other data or information supplied by Buyer to MYNAH in the selection or design of the Goods and/or provision of the Services and the preparation of MYNAH's quotation, and in the eve t that actual operating conditions or other conditions differ from those represented by Buyer and relied upon by MYNAH, any warranties or other provisions contained herein which are affected by such conditions shall be null and void, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.
BUYER SUPPLIED DATA. Buyer acknowledges that Schust has relied upon all specifications and other data supplied by Buyer (conditions) to Schust in the selection and design of the Works and the preparation of this Proposal. In the event the conditions differ from those represented by Buyer and relied upon by Schust, any warranties or performance guarantees contained herein affected by such conditions shall be null and void, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.

Buyer acknowledges that Xxxxxxx has relied upon all specifications and other data supplied by Buyer (conditions) to Xxxxxxx in the selection and design of the equipment and the preparation of this Proposal. In the event the conditions differ from those represented by Buyer and relied upon by Xxxxxxx, any warranties or performance guarantees contained herein affected by such conditions shall be null and void, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.

To the extent that USAC has relied upon any data or information supplied by Buyer to USAC (“Data”) in the selection or design of the Goods and/or provision of the Services and the preparation of USAC's quotation, and the Data is inadequate or inaccurate, any warranties or other provisions contained herein which are affected by such conditions shall be null and void.

To the extent that Opti Temp has relied upon any specifications, information, representation of operating conditions or other data or information supplied by Buyer to Opti Temp in the selection or design of the Goods and/or provision of the Services and the preparation of Opti Temp's quotation, and in the event that actual operating conditions or other conditions differ from those represented by Buyer and relied upon by Opti Temp, any warranties or other provisions contained herein which are affected by such conditions shall be null and void, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.
