Buyer’s and Sellers’ Delivery of Documents. If this Agreement terminates for any reason, then, at Sellers’ request, Buyer shall, within five (5) days after Sellers’ written request therefor, return or destroy all documents provided to Buyer or any other Due Diligence Parties pursuant to the due diligence activities described in Section 7.1. The provisions of this Section 13.1 shall survive any termination of this Agreement, but not the Closing.
