BUYER'S FACILITIES. 1. Buyer will maintainat its own expense facilities from the delivery point to the point of use andthe burners and equipmentfor usinggas, and Buyer will at all times keep gas-using equipmenton said premisesin a condition conformingwithsuch reasonablerules and regulationsas may be prescribed therefore by regulatoryauthority havingjudsdiction thereover and with the requirementsof any valid law thereto appertaining. In the event that rules are not prescdbed by a regulatory authority, Xxxxxxxxx abide by codes as used in the gas industry. 2. Seller shall not approvesale of gas on an interruptiblebasis to Buyer until and unless Seller is satisfied that Buyer has, or will, installadequate stand-by facilities to meet its full fuel requirementsduringperiodsof sustained interruptions. 3. Seller shall not approvesales of gas to Buyer unless Seller is satisfied that Buyer has not, orwill not interconnectdownstreamfuel pipingof natural gas for use in different priority-of. servicecategories.
