BUYER'S FACILITIES. 1. Seller shallnotapprovesalesof gas to BuyerunlessSeller is satisfiedthat Buyer has not,or willnotinterconnecdt ownstreamfuel pipingof naturalgasfor use in differentpriority-of- servicecategories.
