BUYER'S FACILITIES. 1. Buyer willmaintainat its own expense facilities from the delivery point to the pointof use and the burners and equipment for using gas, and Buyer will at all times keep gas-using equipmenton said premisesin a condition conformingwithsuch reasonablerulesand regulationsas maybe prescribed thereforeby regulatoryauthorityhavingjurisdiction thereover and withthe requirementsof any valid law thereto appertaining. In the event that rulesare not prescribed by a regulatory authority, Buyer will abide by codes as used in the gas industry. 2. Seller shall not approvesale of gas on an interruptible basisto Buyer until and unless Seller is satisfied that Buyerhas, or will, installadequate stand-by facilitiesto meet its full fuel requirementsduringperiodsof sustainedinterruptions. 3. Seller shall not approvesalesof gas to Buyer unless Seller is satisfied that Buyer has not, or will not interconnectdownstreamfuel piping of naturalgas for use in differentpriodty-of- servicecategories.
