Buyer's Payments. (a) The Buyer agrees to pay the following amounts, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 4(b) and (c) below, to Builder:
(i) the Purchase Price (three boat order);
(ii) the Additional Materials Charge, if any; and
(iii) the Additional Labor Charge, if any.
(b) The Buyer shall make Installments towards payment of the Purchase Price in accordance with the following schedule:
(i) Approx. 5% equal to $262,500 - $2.5,000 deposit and $237,500 upon signing of this Agreement.
Buyer's Payments. Buyer shall pay: (1) one-half of Escrow Agent's escrow fee or escrow cancellation charge; (2) the additional cost of ALTA extended title insurance coverage, if requested by Buyer as described in Section 4.3; (3) the cost of recording the Grant Deed described in Section 4.4; and (4) other Buyer's charges and expenses, in accordance with the customary practices of Escrow Agent.
Buyer's Payments. Buyer shall pay:
(a) the Escrow Agent’s escrow fee;
(b) any escrow termination charge;
(c) the cost of the Title Policy described in Section 4.2 of this Agreement;
(d) other “buyer’s charges and expenses”, in accordance with the customary practices of Escrow Agent; and
(e) any special assessments from the Closing Date through the end of the current tax year, in accordance with the tax demand received from the San Diego County Treasurer-Tax Collector.

Buyer's Payments. BUYER will pay: (a) one-half of Escrow Agent's escrow fee or escrow cancellation charge; (b) the increased cost of any additional title insurance coverage requested by BUYER; and (c) other charges and expenses usually payable by a buyer in accordance with the customary practices of Escrow Agent.
Buyer's Payments. The Buyer must pay to VicForests the following charges and interest to be applied in accordance with this Agreement and the Codes of Procedure:
(a) Delivered Prices;
(b) the Take or Pay Charges (if applicable); and
(c) interest on any overdue charges determined in accordance with
Buyer's Payments. Buyer shall pay for one-half of all applicable realty transfer taxes, for Buyer's title examination, and survey (if obtained), for all recording charges (other than charges related to existing mortgage financing, if any, which shall be discharged at Closing at Seller's expense), and for Buyer's title premiums.
Buyer's Payments. Buyer will pay: (1) the cost of the Title Policy in excess of the amount of the undiscounted premium that would be charged on an owner's standard coverage form of policy including sales tax thereon and any endorsements requested by Buyer, (2) one-half of Escrow Agent's Escrow fee or Escrow termination charge, and (3) other Buyer's charges and expenses, in accordance with the customary practices of Escrow Agent.
Buyer's Payments. Buyer shall pay the cost and expenses of: (i) the cost of a Lender’s (if applicable) title insurance policy and any endorsements thereto; (ii) the costs of any endorsements to the owner’s standard Title Policy; (iii) one-half of the costs of updating the existing survey or obtaining a new survey of the Project; (iv) one-half of any escrow fees charged by Title Company; and (v) City of Chicago transfer taxes (non CTA portion) at the rate of $7.50 per $1000 of consideration.
