  • The venue for any suit concerning solicitations or the Contract, the interpretation of application of any of its terms and conditions, or any related disputes shall be in the County of San Diego, State of California.

  • The Purchasing Agent or designee is the Contract Administrator for purposes of this Contract, and has the responsibilities described in this Contract, in the San Diego Charter, and in Chapter 2, Article 2, Divisions 5, 30, and 32.

  • Based on Contractor’s written request and justification, the City may approve an increase in unit prices on Contractor’s pricing pages consistent with the amount requested in the justification in an amount not to exceed the increase in the Consumer Price Index, San Diego Area, for All Urban Customers (CPI-U) as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, or 5.0%, whichever is less, during the preceding one year term.
