Buyer’s Responsibility. 7.1 The selection of the Goods suitable for the Buyer’s purposes depends on a variety of factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, on-site conditions or other circumstances of the proposed application of the Goods known only to the Buyer. The Buyer is solely responsible for satisfying itself that the data supplied to the Company on which information or recommendations made by the Company are based is correct and that any assumptions made by the Company to supplement that data are suitable for the Buyer’s purposes.
