Common use of Buyer’s Rights Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Rights. a) The Buyer reserves the right to enter the Suppliers premises and inspect all or any part of the contracted work, including sub-contracted work. b) The Buyer reserves the right to suspend the Contract, at no cost or liability to the Buyer, where the reason for doing so is beyond the reasonable control of the Buyer.
