Buyer’s Termination for Convenience. During any renewal term of this Agreement, Buyer may, upon at least one hundred eighty (180) days' prior written notice to Seller, terminate this Agreement for Buyer's convenience; provided that such termination shall not affect any outstanding Purchase Orders.

Buyer’s Termination for Convenience. During any renewal term of this Agreement, Buyer may, may upon at least one hundred eighty twelve (18012) days' prior months written notice to Seller, Seller terminate this Agreement for Buyer's ’s convenience; provided that such termination shall not affect any outstanding Purchase Orders. The Agreement shall be non-cancelable by Buyer for convenience for a period of 24 months after the Effective Date, and in no event may Buyer deliver written notice of termination for convenience prior to the first anniversary of the Effective Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to require Buyer to purchase Products exclusively from Seller.
