Common use of BY ALLOTTEE Clause in Contracts

BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Apartment / at his / her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Apartment / at his / her his/her/their/its own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of an Apartment a residential unit with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project project in general and this project in particular. That the The Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use of the said Apartmentresidential unit, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority authority in respect of the Apartment / residential unit at his / his/her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is Allottee/s are entering into this Agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in xxxxxxx.xx general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said ApartmentApartment or Plot , all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Apartment or Plot / at his / his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. 17.1 The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of an a Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Apartment / at his / his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. 17.1 The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of an the Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project, the Residential Project in general and this project in particular. That the Aerotropolis and the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she the Allottee has taken over for the occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority authority in respect of the Apartment / at his / his/her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is Allottees are entering into this Agreement for the allotment of an Apartment & Parking space with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee Allottees hereby undertakes undertake that he/she they shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has they have taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the Apartment / at his / her their own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of an a said Apartment with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the The Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she the Allottee shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she the Allottee has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, the Flat and the Car or Bike parking Space all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the said Apartment / at his / her the Allottees own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of an Apartment a Apartment/Plot with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project project in general and this project in particular. That the The Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment/Plot, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority authority in respect of the Apartment / Apartment/Plot/at his / his/her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. BY ALLOTTEE. BY ALLOTTEE.
