Common use of BY ALLOTTEE Clause in Contracts

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this project SECOND phase in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this project Phase – V in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this project Phase - IV in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this project in particulargeneral. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this project FIRST phase in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment a Apartment, with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this project fourth phase in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, , all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority authority/as per Association of allottees in respect of the Apartment Apartment, at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this project THIRD phase in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this project Second/Third phase in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.
