Common use of BY ALLOTTEE Clause in Contracts

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this SECOND phase in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this SECOND phase Phase – V in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this SECOND FIRST phase in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this SECOND phase in particulargeneral. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this SECOND phase Phase - IV in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this SECOND phase in particularproject. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this SECOND THIRD phase in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment a Apartment, with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this SECOND fourth phase in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, , all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority authority/as per Association of allottees in respect of the Apartment Apartment, at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for fo r occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this SECOND Second/Third phase in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Apartment, all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority in respect of the Apartment at his/ her own cost.

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of an Apartment with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this SECOND phase project in particular.
