Common use of BY ALLOTTEE Clause in Contracts

BY ALLOTTEE. The Parties are entering into this agreement for the allotment of a Unit, with the knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the project in general and this phase in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Unit all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority/as per Association of allottees in respect of the Unit, at his/ her own cost. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to be or shall be construed as a grant, demise or assignment in law of the Building, Project or Common Areas or any part thereof.

That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/ she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/ she has taken over for occupation and use the said Unit Apartment, , all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent authority/as per Association of allottees in respect of the UnitApartment, at his/ her own cost.
