By DEC. DEC may terminate this Agreement if Member fails to remedy a violation of the terms of this Agreement within 30 calendar days after notice, or such other date as may be mutually agreed to prior to the expiration of the 30 day period.

Access to Work District representatives shall at all times have access to the Work, wherever it is, in preparation or in progress. Contractor shall provide safe and proper facilities for such access.
