Common use of By Employee Clause in Contracts

By Employee. Employee may terminate his employment under this Agreement at any time upon ninety (90) days written notice to the Company. Employee may, at the sole discretion of the Company, be relieved of his duties during such ninety-day period, but continue to be paid during such period.

Employee shall be relieved paid the Base Compensation and earned commissions up to the date of his duties during such ninety-day periodtermination, but continue to be paid during such periodshall not receive any salary, commissions or bonus payment thereafter.
