Common use of By Executive Clause in Contracts

By Executive. Executive may terminate this Agreement for any reason or no reason whatsoever by giving sixty (60) days’ written notice to Company (which notice period may be waived, in writing, by Company), and in such case, the compensation due and owed by Company to Executive following any such early termination of this agreement shall be paid as set forth in Section 7.

By Executive. Executive may terminate this Agreement for any reason or no reason whatsoever by giving and at any time upon sixty (60) days’ days written notice to Company (which notice period may be waived, in writing, by Company), and in such case, the compensation due and owed by Company to Executive following any such early termination of this agreement shall be paid as set forth in Section 7.

The Executive may terminate this Agreement by five (5) day prior written notice to the Company: (i) at any time for any reason or no reason whatsoever by giving sixty (60ii) days’ at any time on or after March 31, 2010 , for any or no reason, with or without Cause, upon written notice to Company (which notice period may be waived, in writing, by Company), and in such case, the compensation due and owed by Company to Executive following any such early termination of this agreement shall be paid as set forth in Section 7Executive.

Subject to the provisions of SECTION 7, Executive may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason reason, or for no reason whatsoever reason, either with or without Good Reason (as defined below), by giving sixty delivering thirty (6030) days’ ' prior written notice to Company (which notice period may be waived, in writing, by the Company), and in such case, the compensation due and owed by Company to Executive following any such early termination of this agreement shall be paid as set forth in Section 7.

By Executive. Executive may terminate this Agreement for any reason or no reason whatsoever by giving upon sixty (60) days’ ' prior written notice to Company (which notice period may be waived, in writing, by Company), and in such case, Employer terminate this Agreement without cause at any time during the compensation due and owed by Company to Executive following any such early term of this Agreement. In the event of termination of this agreement Agreement by Executive, the Employer shall be have no further obligation to Executive other than for monies paid as set forth in Section 7to and received by Executive.

Subject to the provisions of Section 7(d) and 7(c)2 below, Executive may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason reason, or for no reason whatsoever reason, either with or without "good reason" (as defined in Section 7(c)2), by giving sixty delivering thirty (6030) days’ ' prior written notice to the Company; provided, however, that the Company (which notice period may be waivedmay, in writingits sole discretion, by Company), and in make such case, the compensation due and owed by Company to Executive following any such early termination of this agreement shall be paid as set forth in Section 7effective earlier.

Executive may shall have the right to terminate this ------------ Agreement for and Executive's employment hereunder without cause at any reason or no reason whatsoever by giving time upon at least sixty (60) days’ days advance written notice to the Company. If Executive fails for any reason to give the Company at least sixty (which 60) days advance written notice period may be waived, in writing, by Company), and in such case, the compensation due and owed by Company to Executive following any such early of termination of his employment with the Company, such failure shall constitute a breach of this agreement shall be paid as set forth in Section 7Agreement by Executive.
