Common use of By Executive Clause in Contracts

By Executive. (A) At any time by written notice to the Company, effective forty-five (45) days after the date of such notice; or (B) By written notice to the Company for Good Reason (as defined below), effective on the date specified in such notice. The term of Executive’s employment by the Company under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Term.”

By Executive. The term period of Executive’s employment by the Company under this Agreement is referred to herein as the “Term.”
