7.1.1.2 Onvoy will bill Frontier the Onvoy's Switched Exchange Access Tariff charges and the Onvoy’s applicable Tariff query charge.
by Frontier. 7.1.1.1 ADSC will provide an appropriate EMI record to Frontier; and
7.1.1.2 ADSC will bill Frontier the ADSC's Switched Exchange Access Tariff charges and the ADSC’s applicable Tariff query charge.
by Frontier. 7.1.1.1 PBX will provide an appropriate EMI record to Frontier; and
7.1.1.2 PBX will bill Frontier the PBX's Switched Exchange Access Tariff charges and the PBX’s applicable Tariff query charge.
by Frontier. 7.1.1.1 Carrier will provide an appropriate EMI record to Frontier; and
7.1.1.2 Carrier will bill Frontier the Carrier's Switched Exchange Access Tariff charges and the Carrier’s applicable Tariff query charge.
by Frontier. 7.1.1.1 Everstream will provide an appropriate EMI record to Frontier; and
7.1.1.2 Everstream will bill Frontier the Everstream's Switched Exchange Access Tariff charges and the Everstream’s applicable Tariff query charge.
by Frontier. FRONTIER may terminate or suspend a Service if You: (i) fail to pay any charges when due; (ii) commit a fraud upon FRONTIER; (iii) utilize the Services to commit a fraud upon another party; (iv) unlawfully use the Services; (v) abuse or misuse FRONTIER’s network or Services; or, (vi) interfere with another customer’s use of FRONTIER’s network or services. If You fail to rectify a violation of the AUP within 5 (five) days after receiving notice from FRONTIER, then FRONTIER may suspend or terminate the affected Service.
by Frontier. At the Effective Time, Frontier shall or shall cause a member of the Frontier Group or a Spinco Plan to assume, perform, and discharge all Spinco Liabilities, regardless of when or where such Liabilities arose or arise or are incurred. To the extent that any Frontier Subsidiary is responsible for any of the Spinco Liabilities, each member of the Frontier Group shall be jointly and severally liable for the payment of such Liabilities by such Frontier Subsidiary.
by Frontier. From time to time after the Effective Time, Frontier shall promptly reimburse Verizon, but in no event more than fifteen (15) business days after delivery by Verizon of an invoice therefor containing reasonable substantiating documentation of such costs and expenses, for the cost of any obligations or Liabilities that Verizon or a Verizon Plan elects to, or is compelled to, pay or otherwise satisfy, that are or that pursuant to this Agreement have become, the responsibility of Frontier or any Frontier Subsidiary; provided, however, that if payment in respect of any such Liability is made by a Verizon Plan, Frontier or the appropriate Spinco Plan shall reimburse the Verizon Plan directly. 7.1.1.2 CCES will bill Frontier the CCES's Switched Exchange Access Tariff charges and the CCES’s applicable Tariff query charge.
