Such access shall be granted only by the Xxxx/Administrator and in the presence of that Xxxx/Administrator or his/her designate. The Xxxx/Administrator shall notify the Member concerned immediately, stating the person(s) granted access and the reason for granting such access, unless such notification is prohibited by legal statute.
