The unit member will meet with primary evaluator to review the Standards Checklist with Narrative Summary and other documentation. If agreement is reached between the unit member and the evaluator on the Standards Checklist for a meets or exceeds standards on the overall evaluation rating, unit member and evaluator will sign the final documents. The administrator will submit them to Human Resources, and the evaluation cycle will be completed.
