Common use of By Subrecipient Clause in Contracts

By Subrecipient. Subrecipient may terminate this Agreement for cause at any time if the Consortium fails to fulfil any of its responsibilities or obligations under this Agreement. Prior to termination, Subrecipient shall provide fifteen (15) days written notice of its intent to terminate setting forth the reasons for such termination, and shall provide the Consortium an opportunity to consult with the Subrecipient regarding the reasons for termination.
